Boston Proper adorable White100% Cotton Eyelet pleated skirt. Has side zipper, belt loops, and a sash that ties into a sassy bow. Skirt lining stops at eyelet level to emphasize the eye catching floral cut outs. Measurements on flat surface with photos included are: Width of skirt from one side to the other = 47". Waist = 17". Length from top of waist band down to hem = 23". Purchased and stored in my cedar closet since early 2000's. Skirt is in beautiful new condition, was never worn. SIZE 14
