Boston Proper Grey SKIRT with Embellishments

This garment can be worn as a skirt, strapless dress or dress tied around the neck. Fabric 92% Rayon and 9% Spandex. Each side has channels for adjusting the width of the waist and can be used for ties when wearing as a dress (See photos) . The waist has silver black and grey beads. There is a lining in the skirt.
