biancaburbank @chrisascher just measured. See below. Also, noticed that crotch will need to be reinforced so I will drop the price. It also appears to have extra fabric in the length of the pants. Shoulders: 20.5in Arms: 25.25in Hips: 38.5in Out Seam: 40in In Seam: 31.25in

biancaburbank @cidru just posted the picture of the groin - wasn’t sure how to capture but would need just a bit of reinforcement. This problem does make the price flexible if you are interested. We are a smoke free home, and we do have dogs that are not allowed in bedroom/closet.
