I did try to include pics of the insoles but they did not photograph well. These do have variations in color and texture by design. There was 1 small scuff on the heel which is noted in a pic above. There is a dark variation in color by 1 zipper, this part of the design. The flap of material behind the zipper is not supposed to be attached at the top and bottom only down the length of the zipper. The zippers can be a little stiff but function as they should and are not broken in any way. These boots also have an incline at the back of the heel as shown in a pic above, this is not wear but part of the design. *I now consider everything that is not NWT as used even if I know it is NWOT. I try to inspect every item completely and make notes, and take pics of any flaws. Please also inspect every pic thoroughly yourself. I can not guarantee that any shoe (even NWT) has not been tried on by someone. Every shoe could have had a foot in it. If you have any questions, please ask.
