Great condition tried it for my cats but didn’t have a great spot to put it. i don’t have the original box and i do have it taken apart but was very easy to assemble. The main pieces for together with the wooden planks that are still attached and the smaller wooden plank attaches at the middle of the 3 pieces and screws in. Then the little plastic piece and small screws (in bag) attach at the very bottom, there are two small holes where i had it screwed in. i’m sure google would have instructions if it seems hard but it really wasn’t bad!
