Boots Low Heel Women’s Size 40 (Size 8.5-9) New Condition Never Worn

Ordered purple boots, but color appears to be blue to me. New condition; tried on, but never worn. There were no actual tags attached. Zips up back. Seems to have snug fit. Will not fit if calves are very muscular or thick. Boots are not lined. Soles have low heels and traction thread.
