Ankle height cowboy boots from Bootmaster. Boots from this brand run for ~$300-$1000 new. These are well worn (I kind of like the distressed look personally), but with the quality they have plenty of life left. Size: Unmarked, measurements suggest these are between a 13-14 Measurements: 4"-4.1" width, 12"-12.2" insole. See photos to see how measurements were taken. I'd suggest if you're interested in purchasing these to measure with similar shoes/boots for the most accuracy. I used standard zappos sizing charts to achieve size approximations.
