@jennacarley Im confused by your question. These don’t have lids. Perhaps a different brand does. These simply collect extra milk while nursing one breast or can passively “pump” milk from each breast due to it’s suction. Fresh breastmilk can sit out at room temperature for a few hours, but these collection cups are not meant to store milk. You’re meant to empty then into milk storage bags (which i also have in my closet) or baby bottles. 🫶🏼
