I am a big fan of the Peterson field guides for flora and fauna, and was so excited to find this title in the series! This is a slim pocket volume (note that it is NOT the full-sized field guide), but it's packed with info. Includes sky maps for all over world and in every season. Contains the Greek mythological stories behind the constellations, information on galaxies, nebulas, meteors, eclipses, and more. A wonderful concise resource for tucking into a backpack and observing and identifying all of the mysteries and miracles in the night sky. 🌠🔭🤩
