Boohoo.com blouse

Very cute Gypsy like blouse. The tag states size 16 xl but I believe it to be on the smaller size. It’s very tight on me and normally a 16 would be too big. I would say it would be considered a medium size. This was bought off a boutique specialty clearance rack bc it had a slight spot near the top. Features puff bell sleeves and intricate rose like design near bottom . Make an offer. Made in turkey. Overall very good condition
