Boohoo Women's Velvet Dress: Size 8 Navy Blue Stretch Velvet Pullover Boat Neck Short Sleeve Party Dress Actual measurements: 37" Chest, 33" Length Very Good Pre-owned Condition- no rips, stains, smells, or tears.
