The faux fur could possibly use a little fluffing up - its been stored so its a little flattened down. No size tag, but this is really a "one size" item - no closures at the front, fully open. This does have stretch. It appears this probably had a belt / tie at one time, but it was not with it when I bought it. Does not come with a belt.
