Boohoo Pink Polka Dot Midi Dress V Neck

Boohoo pink polka dot midi dress with V neck and short sleeves. This dress is NWT the sleeves and hem appear to be straight cut rather than sewn, I am not sure if this is an alteration or how the dress comes (see last two photos). Dress is shiny with ridging and made of 95% polyester and 5% Elastane. It comes across as a very retro vibe and is great for a multi-use piece. Also breastfeeding friendly!
