Hi. I see line all around half way of the dress and a small damage? front in the picture. What are they?

@kamome Hi! The line was a crease but it's not there anymore. I ended up getting it out with a steamer. Was that the damage you were asking about or was there also another part of the dress where you noticed something? happy to take another picture if it helps!
