Bombay Moon Disc Teapot

The item pictured is a unique, thin, but wide blue and white porcelain ewer or pitcher, styled after a Chinese "moon disc teapot". It was imported by the Bombay Company around the 1980s. It’s hard to find these teapots with the lid, so it’s a collectors dream! It’s in excellent condition and Features a round, flat body with a handle and spout, decorated in a traditional blue and white floral and geometric pattern. The central motif includes a stylized character within concentric circles. It is Made of porcelain and is Inspired by Chinese designs and imported by the Bombay Company. Era: Circa 1980s. It can be used as a decorative item or as a pitcher for liquids.
