This great piece can fit well with a work outfit or going out on the town. It was picked up at an estate sale and is not sterling but silver tone. With silver tone jewelry, I gently clean with a nail brush and water with Dawn dish soap. After that, I let them air dry so I don't scratch them. hailtofashion Oh my gosh!! You're so cute!! thank you so much for sharing that 😊 did you test this? I know people use some form of acid to test jewelry I had never heard of that before "acid " I'd be too scared I'd mess it up 😔

theretromuse @hailtofashion I didn’t have to test it. Sterling has a different sheen and weight to it so after awhile, you just kind of know. If you feel uncertain, you can perform the acid test, which I do if needed. It’s not dangerous if you’re careful😄.
