It is,made by Sweet Grass, a size small,however, I would call it a sm/med because it's too large for me and I wear a 3 to a 5.It is brand new and the perfect weight .Sorry accidently pulled off tags. Really cute ,look great with boots.

No mam, its made by Sweet Grass, got it at a boutique bc my daughter likes the fringe look, but its too big. If interestd will take 15.00, its never been worn
