tigisu3@sherrylynn10 No, the elastic is at the very bottom of the shirt. It is not cropped, it is waist length.

tigisu3@sherrylynn10 It's a flowy top so the elastic doesn't really make it any tighter than if it didn't have the elastic bottom. Hope that helps.
