Bought from M. Fredric a tunic that's super soft buttery fabric and gathers at the neck. You can wear it on the shoulders or put them down and have an off shoulder look. Giant bell sleeves. Fit S, M, & L. Can be dress on short girls. I'm 5'1 so I wore it as a dress. Worn a handful of times. Dry cleaned each time. I recommend dry cleaning this fabric. Perfect condition. Vivid black no fading.
