This LA designer used to sell her work under the company name "Specks & Keepings". She is a master at using high quality fabrics from Japan and combining prints and colors in an unusual way. Sadly she is 'retiring' after 20 years.

@dianebloom825 hello! The measurements (flat) are 16” waist, 21” hip (its gathered so it was hard to discern where to measure) and 29” long. Hope this helps.
