Boho black and white off the shoulder tank

Super cute polka dots. Flowy and light material with buttons down the front and a tie at the bottom. Crop-ish fit. Falls right below a high-rise pant waistline. A few flares of string at the bottom but not noticeable. Worn twice and still in great condition!
