Made in Columbia. Flowy, high-waisted palazzo pants with a stretchy elastic waist band. Perfect for summer or vacation outfit. • Size 4 • 3” Stretchy waist band • 2 Side pockets • Waist (flat) unstretched measures 8-1/2”, stretched (flat) measures >19” • Rise measures approx. 12” • Inseam measures approx. 28” • Width Hem opening at ankle measures approx. 16” • 100% Polyester (Tag says dry clean but I hand washed these in cold and they came out perfect!) Note that on the hanger, the waist looks (and is!) very small. But it stretches!!! Pre-owned & gently worn, with no flaws. My daughter brought these back from Columbia.
