Brand NWT Velzera, Boho Embroidered off shoulder Bell Sleeve Dress. 100% cotton woven shirting. Dress is on the smaller side because it has a narrow mid section and I bought it for myself and couldn’t slip it on over my head. It was meant to put on that way. Seems like it might have been a One size fits all because it’s sort of a shapeless dress with elasticize shoulders with gorgeous bell sleeves floral design, intricate border. Really pretty. Gorgeous sleeves!!
