This item is new it was only worn in this picture, I never wore it again. I just wasn't confident wearing it, it is so beautiful though.
In the picture I have shorts on underneath.
I originally bought this from Britnae Kaplans boutique on Facebook, boundless, for $48, it is no longer active, I consider it like a dress/romper.
it is an L, and it very stretchy. I was a size 16 in the picture (pants) and I wear an F (Lane Bryant) for a bra, or 38 DDD from VS . I would say someone much smaller than I could wear it, however, I would check sizing on this brand.
Also, I am 5'2"

While the dress is clean, you may find an animal hair or two! They love to "help me" when I am taking pictures and packing up orders!
