What is the fabric content?

@adorabelle there is no tag unfortunately showing size or fabric content. Only brand. The fabric does not stretch, only at the stomach where it has the smocking.

@adorabelle hello after some research, I found a similar top from the same brand from the store The Buckle - here is what they say: 98% Polyester, 2% Spandex.
Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry.
