yoadrienne217 @imanomar71 sorry for the delay, it was overwhelming coming home from a trip but thanks for your patience. Here are the measurements for the dress laying flat... shoulder to shoulder: 16.5in Armpit to armpit: 17in *it scrunches under the boobs (where the buttons are) and that’s crunchy part measures 13.5 inches across, and 20+ inches across when stretched out all the way. From there it flares out like a maxi dress but the material is soft like cotton and stretchy
