Neck: 9" Shoulder to Shoulder Inside Measurement: 11.5" Shoulder to Shoulder Putside Measurement: 16" Shoulder to Shoulder Outside Measurement plus some of Drape Sleeve: 19.5" - 20"

arose535 @liboc001 One more note - after looking at the pictures again and seeing where the shoulders actually fell on me (see the satin ribbons), the shoulder to shoulder measurement is actually 20". I made it more complicated than it needed to be.
