There is lining on the upper part by the breasts, so you can wear no bra, or you would have to wear a plunge bra or boob tape. A regular bra wouldn’t work because you would see it on the lace part by the edges, unless you don’t mind The lace dress is sheer. There is a matching knee length lining slip skirt that goes under the dress. Leave the gown sheer for boudoir and maternity photo shoots, or wear the matching knee long slip if you prefer to wear in public to baby showers, weddings, and non maternity events. Slip size - approx. 20 inches long The dress was handmade - I was a size 2X & 40DD bra size at the time. The top/ breast part fit perfect, and the waist is adjustable (you tie it in the back) the sizing of the dress was made based on bra size - so the dress was made for 40DD breasts. The dress would fit a bust size of 40-43 inches under the bust. *I am selling my whole personal plus size maternity closet.
