Bohme Navy Blue Dress

Midi dress with flutter sleeves. Deep navy blue hue. Perfect for elegant outings. Ties at waist, and flutter sleeve and ruffle hem details. Zips up in back, and as pictured has a slight pull/hole at bottom of zipper. I believe it could be mended and fixed if you are handy. In good condition otherwise. Really pretty dress! Flowy at the bottom but more fitted through the rest.
