Bohemian tiered, patchwork ruffled florals sundress

there are no tags on this dress, but the fabric feels like cotton. There are several tears of different fabrics ruffled into the skirt. The spaghetti straps are adjustable and that small back allows for a stretch up to 20 inches to pit. This really is a one size fits most, but I really feel it would be best for a small medium.In excellent condition.
