Beautiful crochet-like dress from the brand Xhilaration, it has a slip underneath, hits just above the knee and has bell sleeves! The back also dips low and has a tie at the top. The colors on this are so beautiful and work for every season I never got to wear this beaut since it’s a little big on me!
