Bohemian Patterned Maxi Dress in Red and Blue

Chic bohemian maxi dress with a vibrant red and blue pattern. Ideal for casual outings and summer events. This dress has no tags, they have been cut out. If I'm guessing, it's a Natural Life brand because of the soft cotton fabric and the metal hardware on the straps. It does have 4" of hem that has been ripped away. The dress is quality, whatever it is.
