urbanheritage @jmf22569 hey! so i drop the first package about a week ago and i saw no tracking information so i opened a case with USPS and mailed a second tunic, i dropped the package on Wednesday at my local postal office, you should receive it within a few days now, so sorry for the delay 😔

urbanheritage @jmf22569 I already contacted Poshmark Support, this is a problem with USPS, there could be something wrong with the label, i know Poshmark can take some time to solve this kind of issues, i can cancel the order if you want or we can wait for their response. Please let me know if you wish to cancel. Sorry for the inconvenience.

urbanheritage @jmf22569 so Poshmark Support contacted me back and i am going to be honest they don’t give me much help “ We kindly ask that you check around your house and with your local post office to see if the package is still there. If tracking does not update by Tuesday, September 11, 2018 please let us know.” I am not going to wait until Sep 11, tomorrow i am going to the postal office to speak with the manager and i will give you an update, if not i will cancel so you can give your money back.

urbanheritage @jmf22569 I had to cancel the order so you get your money back, USPS can take up to a month to give us an answer, i work with them daily and i send hundreds of packages and i know how long they take in this particular cases, there was probably something wrong with the label, because there is no information on USPS System. I am very sorry, i will let you know if i restock the dress you ordered. Again i apologize 😔🌻
