I don't know the maker or the year, but I do know it's absolutely beautiful. 10/25 I just noticed a tiny chip on the top of the rim. I had to hold it up to the light to see it while inspecting it. it is already very low price, but I will add $4.99 shipping on top of the $20 price tag.

rthompson8062 It was when I took the pic. I'll have to go look again to make sure there are no scratches or chips. I am a paraplegic in a wheelchair, and I had a friend over who moved and rearranged my room for me. So that would have been the only chance of it getting scratched. I will let you know in about a half an hour or so. I need someone to get it down from my windowsill. Thanks

rthompson8062 I didn't forget about you, it just took forever. I closely examined it under a light and there is a tiny chip on the rim. the camera doesn't pick it up. but it's there. I didn't see it before. I really can't lower the price any, because with the 20% take I'll be losing money. I guess I can do $595 shipping if you want.
