Black rubber with red and gray plaid. Lace up front, but these are a pull on style. There are some small runs/holes around the handles from pulling on the boots and some scuffing where the heels have rubbed together (see photos). These boots are warm, great for wet and cold weather, and still have a lot of life in them.
