Boden top blue and white size small

This is a Boden top it says US size 4 I feel is very small to an XS SIZE. The shirt is thick material and it doesn’t stretch as much. So look at the measurements and keep in mind it doesn’t stretch. I want to make it clear before you purchase! The quality it’s great like all Boden products! It’s white and blue with rutching at the shoulders. Super cute. Long sleeves. I will list it as an US size 4 but keep in mind not much stretch. I have wider shoulders so maybe that’s what happens. I’m not sure. European sizes run much smaller than American sizes. Otherwise excellent top and excellent condition! Smoke free and pet free home No rips, stains, holes, or runs on the fabric! Ask any questions!
