From my personal collection. I bought this dress at full price last year and truly love it, but never ended up wearing it. It fits beautifully, but the deep V neckline just doesn’t suit me—I’m a bit too flat-chested to do it justice. It would look fantastic on someone who likes to show a little cleavage. The knotted front is adjustable and can be tied in multiple ways for a better fit. The dress is brand new and has never been worn outside the house. The linen is incredibly soft, made from high-quality European flax, in a gorgeous deep sea blue. If no one picks it up, I’ll find a way to make it work—because it’s too well made and stylish to let go! What I love about Boden pieces is the quality of the finishing: this one has a wide hem that adds weight and graceful flow to the flared skirt, the zipper ends are enclosed in fabric, and the inside pockets are finished with French seams.
