Measures approx. 15 1/2" across the waistband...18 1/2" across the hips (measured 7" down from waistband)....23" long from waistband--I called this knee length-but that depends on your height. The outer layer is 98% Cotton / 2% Elastane. The lining is 96% Poly. / 4% Elastane. There is a bit of a forgiving stretch. Machine wash.
