dr360fashions @gretlew Hello. I sent you the waist measurement, it is 23” side to side, 46” around. The waist is not elasticized, it’s a shirt style dress so it’s meant to fit loose and you can use the self belt to tie around the waist. The fabric is semi sheer and lightweight and the dress is fully lined. Hope this helps, thanks.
