Is this insulated? Is it meant for cold weather or can be worn all day/inside?

@staceface1000 hi! It’s padded I think it’s warm enough (we live in Colorado) but I don’t think it’s extra thick and warm, hope this makes sense. I’m going to add a picture of description I found online for it hopefully it helps
