Exquisite detailed vintage %100 wool ladies vest. Black with gold embellishments. Evening wear. I don't know a lot about this piece other than what google gives me and it tells me it is a lady's garment because it was made by the international ladies union. I am not sure what the lining is made of. It was Made in the USA. I do not know what the sizing is. Please look at photos for measurements. I do my best to locate any flaws and describe condition.
