Beautiful new with tags size 2X button down blouse from Bob Mackie Wearable Art. The blouse is a poly spandex blend that has a bit of stretch but is not a stretchy feeling material. It looks and feels more like a poly chiffon. The blouse has a mandarin collar and diagonal wide striped patterns with some floral accents in blues, purples, black, white, green, yellow, teal, etc... The sleeves are wide and about 3/4 length. The blouse has small about 2 inch bottom side slits and is new with tags and never worn.
