Button holes are hidden in the hidden button placket. The front is decorated with 2 rows of ruffles. A string of ruffles goes around the neck to form a ruffle neckline. Sheer flounce sleeves add a flare to this blouse. This charming leopard print chiffon blouse will be a nice addition to your spring or summer wardrobe!
