luv2luvutoo @sammyshopper92 Hi Luv, The Size Large Empire waist unstreatched 14” streatches to 18” and it A Limes from the Empire Waist down. The XL Measures at Empire Waist @15” and stretches to 19”. That’s measured laying down from side to side. So the XL circumference of empire waist is 30” and stretches to 38”.
