claudiapop @chunkymilk it's xhilaration from target, and just notice that I have the size wrong. It's an XL. As far as measurements, I put it flat on the table and measure right at the arm pit and that is just a little under 22" (43"around) . The fabric is cut straight from there so the waist and hip are the same measurement. Hope I am making more sense now😊
