RUNS SMALL: I am usually a size 10 in boots. Per the reviews online, I sized up, but they are still tighter than I like for a boot with average thickness boot socks. Since I can't get my feet into 9s, I feel like these are a true 9.5 because I can still get them on. I always have to wear thin socks with these. Very good condition with a bit of scuffing. Just leather conditioned with Leather CPR.
