audi24 @obversus 17 inches across the waist laying flat. I’ve added a photo for reference. My husband is letting them go because they were a tad big and he’s a true 32. Hope that helps!

audi24 @alanstairs after further consultation with my husband, we are both a little confused over the actual color. While they are not blue, they are also not black. I think the waistband shown in the photo with the inside of the pocket is the best indicator of the actual color.
