Bluemarine Sequin Tie Pleated Skirt

I’m going to be real with you—I have a 27-inch waist and this piece does not fully close or tie all the way around to where the skirt closes, so please check the photos and measurements carefully. It runs small, but depending on your style, you could still make it work even if it doesn’t tie completely at the waist. This MIGHT be part of Bluemarine's kid line- I have no idea. That said, the craftsmanship is gorgeous. The sparkles are absolutely stunning, and the design is so unique—it could even double as a standout for your Halloween costume. No damage, in excellent condition. Purchased originally from The RealReal. I see this more as a statement piece than functional. Realreal said medium but I am gonna say for adult women XS because I am tiny sized 4-6 at 122 lbs and this thing is too small for me. From pleat to pleat it is 18 inches and from string to string it is about 45 inches. Please see photos. Tag is falling off. The velvet material is gorgeous.
