Black cotton has embroidered flowers alloverwith severl inches between each one/cluster. The dress has a halter top with button closure at the neck. The back of the top is stretchy. The dress has a ruffle out of the same fabric and has 1/4 " pink satin ribbon where the ruffle joins the skirt and around the waist with a bow in the center of the frony. (Please see the pics).
