Blue/White Detailed Strapless Maxi Prom Dress

I tried this dress on and it fit like a glove! I am 5’5, 150lbs, 34C and wear a size medium. It is a perfect fit n’ flare, strapless dress! The detailed design is gorgeous and makes the dress stand out. There is absolutely no flaws or anything wrong with this dress, it would still be new with tags but I took them off thinking I would have a chance to wear it to an event. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and I have not been able to wear this dress to any occasion! It has been tucked away in my closet for the last year in packaging.
